Our initial consultation will allow us to work together to identify your primary health goals and come up with a plan of action. I will suggest which of my programmes is suited to your needs or we can tailor one to your requirements. The services and support included will depend on whether you desire a stronger focus on fitness, nutrition or both. There are six pre – designed programmes to choose from which range from a stronger self – led approach with remote support and monitoring to packages with a higher level of 1:1 contact and in – person sessions for those who prefer the reassurance of personal guidance and face to face support. Power Up is my starter plan, ideal for those looking for a way back into regular exercise and who need help and guidance with setting realistic goals, planning around existing commitments, keeping it enjoyable and staying motivated. This package includes guided self- led sessions with a progressive programme to keep you challenging your brain and your muscles, clear targets and support every step of the way – ideal for those find the gym environment intimidating or have little time because you can just log – in and crack on from the comfort of your own home, maximising your workout time.
