A 50 minute total body workout class. I include a variety of strength, cardiovascular, balance and flexibility exercises to ensure the maximum effect for your overall fitness. It’s the perfect class for someone who wants to improve or maintain good physical condition, those who have limited time and therefore want to optimise what they can achieve in a weekly class and those who are looking to introduce some strength training to their exercise routine. 

As I offer different levels of difficulty, these classes are suitable for adults of all ages and abilities. Please be aware you will need to be able to get up and down from the floor with relative ease to participate.

All you need is a non – slip exercise mat and a resistance band (which we can supply you with) or if you prefer you can use something by way of hand – held weights or dumbbells.

Please note, if you are joining any classes for the first time you will be asked to complete a routine medical questionnaire prior to participating.
