Welcome to the booking page for my Menopause Strength Bootcamp! Together with like – minded women we will go on an empowering six – week journey to harness your abilities, unlock your potential, boost your physical and mental confidence and feel amazing! (and have some fun too 😉 )
The 50 minute classes will run at 6.30 pm on Thursday evenings from 8th June 2023, the last session being 13th July.
To sign -up complete the form below, add any equipment you need (a minimum of an exercise mat and resistance band is required), plus whether you would like to join the group community, post your activities for encouragement and have access to workout videos to do under your own steam by using the So Fit Women’s Health App (only £2 per week) and you will then be taken through to the payment section where you can securely input your credit / debit card details.
