Our initial consultation will allow us to work together to identify your primary health goals and come up with a plan of action. I will suggest which of my programmes is suited to your needs or we can tailor one to your requirements. The services and support included will depend on whether you desire a stronger focus on fitness, nutrition or both. There are six pre – designed programmes to choose from which range from a stronger self – led approach with remote support and monitoring to packages with a higher level of 1:1 contact and in – person sessions for those who prefer the reassurance of personal guidance and face to face support. Whatever your preference I’m confident I can offer you a great package to fit your budget, health aspirations and personality and provide the tools to make living a healthier life enjoyable and sustainable.

Includes;
- Free consultation / assessment and subsequent action plan with goal setting
- Training induction session
- Design of bespoke progressive training plan including work out videos which are reviewed monthly
- Remote monitoring of physical activity / training sessions with support using ‘Trainerize’ app via messaging and / or catch – up calls.
- Monthly 1 : 1 meeting and training session to review programme / run through exercise progressions and track progress via body measurements / weight. (1 : 1 meetings can be in – person or via video call).
Minimum 3 month initial sign – up period. Thereafter minimum 1 month notice to cancel.

Want to have a bespoke exercise programme written for you and be instructed on how to perform it for maximum results under your own steam? Then the Body Booster package is the one for you. It includes one 1:1 PT session per month, plus a programme for self – led weekly exercise sessions, support and guidance for other training sessions plus participation in a weekly streamed total body workout group exercise class!

Training for something specific and want to maximise your chance of success? Do you need the motivation that comes with having a trainer present (remotely or in – person) for realising your true potential in your workouts? My Hero package is a full personal training scheme, with a 1:1 PT session each week, a progressive programme and as many group exercise classes as you can manage. Harness your inner athlete!
