Menopause Strength Bootcamp
Based at the cricket Pavillion on The Mead, Norton St Philip
A 50 minute total body workout class, designed to include exercises which are important for women from perimenopause to post menopause. We will carry out a range of strength exercises to include all the main muscle groups and movement patterns which will help build strength to aid activities in everyday life. Bone health, balance and flexibility will also be major considerations to ensure the maximum effect for your overall fitness and health. It’s the perfect class for someone who wants to support their body and brain in the run up to and through the challenging transition of menopause and beyond for a happy and healthy future into old age.
As I offer different levels of difficulty, these classes are suitable for women of all ages and abilities. Please be aware you will need to be able to get up and down from the floor with relative ease to participate.
All you need is a non – slip exercise mat and a resistance band (which we can supply you with) or if you prefer you can use something by way of hand – held weights, dumbbells or kettlebells.
Please note, if you are joining any classes for the first time you will be asked to complete a routine medical questionnaire prior to participating.
